List of Portuguese ambassadors in the Comoros

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The list of Portuguese ambassadors in the Comoros lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in the African island state of the Comoros . The states have maintained diplomatic relations since Comoros independence in 1975, which go back to the arrival of the Portuguese explorers in 1505 as the first Europeans to the Comoros.

Portugal did not open its own embassy there, the Portuguese ambassador to South Africa is responsible for the Comoros (as of 2019).
