The list of Portuguese ambassadors in South Sudan lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in South Sudan . The countries have enjoyed diplomatic relations since South Sudan's independence in 2011.

So far , no ambassador of Portugal has accredited himself in the southern Sudanese capital Juba , the country still belongs to the administrative district of the Portuguese ambassador to Ethiopia . Portugal has not yet opened its own embassy there (as of 2019).
