The list of Portuguese ambassadors in Chad lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in Chad . The two states have had diplomatic relations since 1977.

Portugal did not open its own embassy in the Chadian capital N'Djamena , the country has been part of the administrative district of the Portuguese ambassador to Nigeria from the start , who is also accredited for this purpose in Chad . A Portuguese ambassador first received accreditation on site in 1996.

There is a Portuguese honorary consulate in the Chadian capital of N'Djamena .
