Live at Reading is a live album by the US rock band Nirvana . It was released on October 30, 2009 on the DGC label and was recorded on August 30, 1992 when the band performed at the Reading Festival in England . Nirvana herself and producers Michael Meisel and John Silva were involved in the production of the album.

Most of the songs on the live album come from the group's two previously released studio albums . Almost all songs from the Nevermind album (eleven tracks) are represented, while four or five pieces were performed from the debut album Bleach . In addition, three tracks come from the then not yet released third studio album In Utero and the B-sides Aneurysm , Sliver , Been a Son and D-7 are also included. Furthermore, Spank Thru, a song from the sampler Sub Pop 200, and The Money Will Roll Right In, a cover version of the punk band Fang, were played.

The album cover shows a black and white photo of the group performing. In the foreground, Kurt Cobain leaps into the air with his guitar. On the left in the background you can see Krist Novoselić on his bass guitar and on the right in the background Dave Grohl is sitting on the drums . In the upper part of the picture there is the yellow lettering Nirvana and at the lower edge the title Live at Reading in white.
