Nirvana

This is an overview of the awards for music sales of US grunge - band Nirvana . According to sources, they have sold more than 81.1 million records in their careers, making them one of the most successful bands of all time . The most successful release of the group is the second studio album Nevermind with around 30 million sales. The awards can be found according to their type (gold, platinum, etc.), sorted by country in chronological order, and according to the sound carriers themselves, separated by medium (albums, singles, etc.). In total, the band received awards for over 53 million records sold, 33 million of them in the United States alone. The most successful release according to record awards is also Nevermind with more than 17.2 million certified sales. In Germany the group was able to sell more than 1.5 million records.
