Lučivná (German Lautschburg or Leutschburg , Hungarian Lucsivna ) is a municipality in eastern Slovakia . It is located at the foot of the small mountain Kozie chrbty , about 12 km west of Poprad .
The place was first mentioned in writing as Lutzina in 1321 . In 1946 parts of the local area came to the newly created municipality of Svit .
