Geographical location

Meschduretschje is located on the western bank of the Angerapp (Russian: Angrapa), seven kilometers south of the district capital Osjorsk ( Darkehmen , 1938–1946 Angerapp ) and can be reached on fairly impassable roads from the R 508 . There is no rail connection.

history

The old manor village with the former name Auerfluss had 20 inhabitants in 1818. After the incorporation of Wollehlen (since 1946: Wolnoje) the population increased to 103.

On May 6, 1874, Auerfluss was one of the 14 rural communities or manor districts that formed the newly established district of Gudwallen (since 1946: Lwowskoje). Until 1946 he belonged to the district of Darkehmen (1939–1945 district of Angerapp ) in the administrative district of Gumbinnen in the Prussian province of East Prussia .

In 1907 the population of Auerfluss had risen to 131 and in 1925 it was 171. On September 30, 1928, the rural communities of Naujoken (1938–1946 Kleinauerfluss ) and Waldhorst (until 1923 Szameitschen , since 1946: Konewo) and the Auerfluss manor merged into one new rural community Auerfluss, and on October 1, 1936 the community Neu Thalau was incorporated into the community Auerfluss. The population rose accordingly: in 1933 it was 300, in 1939 it was 374.

On April 1, 1941, however, parts of both Auerfluss and Gudwallen were incorporated into the community of Schunkarinn (1938–1946 Schlieben , since 1946: Doroschnoje).

As a result of the Second World War , the Auer River came under Soviet administration and in 1946 was given the new place name " Meschduretschje ". By the year 2009, the place was in Lwowski soviet (village Soviet Lwowskoje ( Gudwallen incorporated)) and then came as a result of structural and administrative reform within the Kaliningrad Oblast "settlement" (possjolok) called village for Krasnojarskoje selskoje posselenije (Town Krasnojarskoje ( Sodehnen )) in Osjorsk Raion .

church

The majority Protestant population of Auerfluss was parish before 1945 in the parish Darkehmen (1938–1946 Angerapp , since 1946: Osjorsk). It was in the area of the church district Darkehmen in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union . The last German clergy were pastors Johannes Gemmel and Helmut Passauer .

While all church activities were forbidden during the Soviet Union , numerous Protestant congregations were able to form in the Kaliningrad Oblast in the 1990s. Meschduretschje lies in the catchment area of the church region Gussew ( Gumbinnen ), whose clergy are pastors of the Salzburg church there. It belongs to the newly formed Kaliningrad provost in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELCER).
