Luís Miguel Vieira Silva (born October 8, 1990 in Amarante ) is a Portuguese football player .

Career

Vieira started his career at AC Vila Meã . From 2009 he was used for the first team of the fourth division. After 49 fourth division appearances, he moved to third division SC Espinho for the 2012/13 season . For Espinho he came to 30 appearances in the third highest division that season, in which he scored two goals. For the 2013/14 season he moved to the second division team Desportivo Aves . He made his debut in the Segunda Liga in August 2013 when he was in the starting line-up against UD Oliveirense on matchday two of that season . By the end of the season he made 25 league appearances for Aves. In January 2015 he scored his first second division goal in a 2-2 draw against CD Trofense . In his second season at Aves, he came to 40 missions in which he scored four goals.

For the 2015/16 season he joined the first division club FC Paços de Ferreira . He made his debut in the Primeira Liga in August 2015 when he came on as a substitute for Hélder Lopes in the 42nd minute against FC Arouca on matchday three of that season . In his first season with Paços de Ferreira, he came to nine appearances in the top Portuguese division. In September 2016 he scored his first goal in the Primeira Liga in a 2-1 defeat against CD Tondela . In the 2016/17 season he made 14 league appearances. In the 2017/18 season, he played 32 top division games in which he scored four goals. With Paços de Ferreira, however, he had to relegate to the Segunda Liga as penultimate.

Vieira then moved to Spain for the second division CD Lugo for the 2018/19 season . For Lugo he came to 34 appearances in the Segunda División in that season , in which he scored one goal. For the 2019/20 season he moved to Turkey for the first division club Istanbul Başakşehir FK . After he only came to one use for Başakşehir in the Süper Lig , he was awarded to Wolfsberger AC in February 2020 in Austria . By the end of the loan, he made seven appearances in the Bundesliga for the Carinthians.
