NGC 3858 = NGC 3866 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sa in the constellation Becher in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 250 million light-years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 105,000 ly.

The property was discovered by Francis Preserved Leavenworth in 1886 .
