NGC 6908 is a lens-shaped dwarf galaxy of the Hubble-type S0 in the constellation Capricorn on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 140 million light-years from the Milky Way and about 10,000 light-years across. Together with NGC 6907 , it forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair.
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on September 24, 1864 .
