The Naama Province ( Arabic ولاية النعامة, DMG Wilāyat an-Naʿāma , tamazight ⴰⴳⴻⵣⴷⵓ ⵏ ⵏⵄⴰⵎⴰ Agezdu n Nɛama ) is a province ( wilaya ) in western Algeria .
The province lies on the Moroccan border and covers an area of 33,852 km².
With 204,000 inhabitants (2006 estimate) it is very sparsely populated, the population density is only around 6 inhabitants per square kilometer.
The capital of the province is also called Naama .
