Pac's Life ( English for: Pacs Life ) is the tenth and final studio album of American rapper Tupac Shakur . It is the artist's fifth posthumously released album and was released on November 21, 2006 via the Interscope and Amaru Entertainment labels .

Tupac's mother Afeni Shakur and Tom Whalley served as executive producers on the album . The music producers Sha Money XL and LT Hutton each produced four songs on the sound carrier. In addition, one instrumental each comes from Swizz Beatz , QD3 , Orthodox, Ransum, Salih Williams, EDI Mean and Nitty.

Cover design

The album cover is in sepia and shows Tupac Shakur wearing a suit and clasping his hands in front of his body. From the observer's point of view, he looked to the right. The words 2Pac and Pac's Life are at the top right of the picture . The background is completely white.

Guest Posts

In addition to Tupac Shakur, other artists appear on all of the songs on the album. So Untouchable (Swizz Beatz Remix) cooperation with the rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony , while the rapper TI and the singer Ashanti on the title song Pac's Life are heard. On Dumpin 'Tupac is supported by musicians Hussein Fatal , Papoose and Carl Thomas, and on Playa Cardz Right (Female) he works with singer Keyshia Cole . Don't Stop is a mass collaboration with rappers Big Syke , Yaki Kadafi , Hussein Fatal, EDI, Young Noble and Stormy. Other guest musicians include the rappers Young Buck , Chamillionaire , Snoop Dogg , Lil Scrappy , Ludacris and Gravy as well as the singer Anthony Hamilton .

Pac's Life entered the US charts at number 9 and stayed in the top 200 for 15 weeks. In contrast, the album could not place in the German charts.

As singles , the songs were Untouchable , Pac's Life and Playa Cardz Right (Female) decoupled.

The album sold about 500,000 times in the United States, so it could no longer build on the commercial success of previous albums.
