Pedret i Marzà is a Catalan municipality in the province of Girona in northeastern Spain . It is located in the Comarca Alt Empordà . The center of the double community is in Marzà.

location

Pedret i Marzà is on the national road 260 and borders in the north with the neighboring municipality Garriguella , in the northeast with Vilajuïga , in the east with Pau and in the west with Peralada . Parts of the municipality belong to the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà .

economy

In the municipal area, livestock farming (especially pig breeding) and arable farming is predominantly practiced.
