The Primeira Divisão 1944/45 was the eleventh season of the top Portuguese division in men's football. The league operation continued undisturbed during the Second World War , as Portugal declared itself neutral . The game was played from November 26, 1944 to April 8, 1945.

The championship title was secured for the sixth time by Benfica Lisbon .
