Przemysław Waściński (born March 29, 1995 in Rawicz ) is a Polish athlete who specializes in the 400-meter run and is particularly successful with the Polish 4-by-400-meter relay.

Athletic career

Przemysław Waściński gained his first international experience in 2013 when he played in the Polish 4 x 400 meter relay at the European Junior Championships in Rieti and helped the relay to reach the finals and thereby also received the silver medal. In 2017 he won the European Indoor Championships in Belgrade together with Kacper Kozłowski , Łukasz Krawczuk and Rafał Omelko in 3: 06.99 minutes and then retired from the World Relays in the Bahamas with 3: 08.42 minutes in advance. In July he took part with the relay at the U23 European Championships in Bydgoszcz , where he won the silver medal behind the United Kingdom in 3: 04.22 min. At the IAAF World Relays 2019 in Yokohama , he retired with the 4-by-400-meter relay with 3: 04.90 minutes in advance and finished fifth in the mixed relay with 3: 20.65 minutes. In October he took part in the 200-meter run at the Military World Games in Wuhan , where he retired in the first round with 23.37 seconds and won the silver medal behind the team from Bahrain in 3: 06.36 minutes.
