Rudolf Winkler (born November 26, 1955 in Schwerzenbach ) is a Swiss politician ( BDP ).

Life

Rudolf Winkler is a farmer and agronomic concerns are also one of his core concerns in political activity.

Since 1990 he has been the mayor of Ellikon an der Thur . He sat on the National Council from March 2015 and was a member of the security policy commission. He replaced Lothar Ziörjen , who turned back to local politics and therefore resigned. The Swiss Federal Election, 2015 Winkler was not re-elected.
