The Söhlbruch is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Bispingen in the Heidekreis district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 045 is 8  hectares in size. It has been a nature reserve since April 3, 1979. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Heidekreis.

The nature reserve is located east of Bispingen in the south of the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park . It consists of an erosion valley that cuts steeply into the slope of a moraine landscape . Spring water emerges from the slope and feeds a wetland with alder and birch forest in the erosion valley. To the west the Söhlbruch flows into the valley of the Wittenbeck.
