The Bansee is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Hademstorf in the Samtgemeinde Ahlden in the Heidekreis district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 243 is 18  hectares in size. It is located northeast of Hademstorf on the edge of Hademstorfer forest and represents the in Ausblasungsmulde a dune nfeldes lying Bansee, which is adjacent to the lake crossing Moor and the surrounding jaw fracture and pine forest under protection. Part of the forest area is privately owned. In the north of the nature reserve there is a small area used as arable land, which is followed by a fallow area .

To protect the nutrient-poor and acidic lake, the liming and fertilization of the forest areas in a 100-meter-wide strip south of the nature reserve is prohibited.

The area has been a nature reserve since April 2, 1998. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Heidekreis.
