San Francisco is a Filipino municipality in the province of Cebu . It has 55,180 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census).
Almost the entire municipality is on the island of Pacijan , only part of the Barangay Esperanza is also on the island of Tulang . Both islands are part of the Camotes Islands .
