Scheuerheck is a district of Bad Münstereifel in the district of Euskirchen , North Rhine-Westphalia .

The place is southeast of Bad Münstereifel. State roads 113 and 234 run on the western and eastern outskirts of the village . The Effelsberger Bach flows on the eastern edge of the village and has its source near the village.
history
From 1816 to June 30, 1969, Scheuerheck belonged to the previously independent municipality of Effelsberg . Since then, Scheuerheck has been a separate district of Bad Münstereifel.
The Donatus Chapel, which was built around 1700, can be visited in Scheuerheck. The relic kept there was given to the Jesuits in Rome in 1649 . Three years later, on June 30, 1652, they were finally transferred to what was then Münstereifel and finally brought to Scheuerheck.
