Lethert is a district of Bad Münstereifel in the Euskirchen district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

Lethert is about 8 km (as the crow flies ) southeast of the core town of Bad Münstereifel and directly northwest of Effelsberg . The development of both neighboring towns merges into one another. The state road 234 runs on the south-western edge of the village. The Rötzelbach rises in Lethert and, after 1.9 km, flows into the Effelsberger Bach (6.6 km long) coming from the northwest from the Effelsberg Forest .

Lethert belonged to the independent municipality Effelsberg until it was incorporated into Bad Münstereifel on July 1, 1969.
