Hohn is a district of Bad Münstereifel in the district of Euskirchen , North Rhine-Westphalia .
geography
The incorporated place is southwest of the core city of Bad Münstereifel. The district road 36 runs on the south-eastern edge of the village . This runs through the village of Kolvenbach , the development of which in turn merges into the village south of Hohn .
history
Both Hohn and Kolvenbach were first mentioned in a document in 1137.
With the introduction of the Rhenish City Code in 1845, Hohn became an independent municipality that belonged to the mayor's office in Nöthen in the Schleiden district , and later this was added to the Zingsheim office , also in the Schleiden district.
On July 1, 1969, Hohn was incorporated into Münstereifel in the Euskirchen district.
