2003/04

The 2002/03 Short Track World Cup was a series of short track competitions organized by the International Skating Union (ISU) . It began on October 18, 2002 in Chuncheon, South Korea and ended on February 16, 2003 in Chicoutimi, Canada . The World Cup comprised six World Cup events in six countries.

The highlights of the season included the 2003 European Championship in Saint Petersburg , the 2003 World Championship in Warsaw and the 2003 World Team Championship in Sofia .

Venues for the 2002/03 season

The competitions took place at six venues on three continents. In the first third of the season there was a World Cup each in Chuncheon, South Korea and in Beijing , China , in the second third of the season there was a World Cup in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and Bormio, Italy, and at the season finale, a World Cup each in Salt Lake City in the United States and in Chicoutimi in Canada .
