The Spanish national basketball team for women represents Spain in international or friendly matches. The Spanish women won four gold medals at the European Championships - 1993 , 2013 , 2017 and 2019 , a silver medal in 2007 and five bronze medals - 2001 , 2003 , 2005 , 2009 and 2015 . At world championships, the Spanish women won the silver medal in 2014 and the bronze medal in 2010 and 2018 . At the Mediterranean Games they won gold in 1991 and bronze in 1993, 2001 and 2005.
