At least since the state elections in 2008 , it has included the city of Alzenau and the communities of Bessenbach , Blankenbach , Dammbach , Geiselbach , Heigenbrücken , Heimbuchenthal , Heinrichsthal , Hösbach , Kahl a.Main , Karlstein a.Main , Kleinkahl , Kleinostheim , Krombach , Laufach , Mespelbrunn , Mömbris , Rothenbuch , Sailauf , Schöllkrippen , Sommerkahl , Waldaschaff , Weibersbrunn , Westerngrund and meadows in the Aschaffenburg district . The other communities in this district are in the district of Aschaffenburg-West .
