The constituency of Schweinfurt is one of around 90 electoral constituencies in elections to the Bavarian state parliament and the district meetings as well as in referendums . He belongs to the constituency of Lower Franconia .

At least since the state election in 2008 it includes the independent city of Schweinfurt and the municipalities Bergrheinfeld , Dittelbrunn , Euerbach , Geldersheim , Gochsheim , Grafenrheinfeld , Grettstadt , Niederwerrn , Poppenhausen , Röthlein , plantations , Schwanfeld , Schwebheim , Sennfeld , Stadtlauringen , Üchtelhausen , Waigolshausen , waterless , Werneck and Wipfeld in the district of Schweinfurt . The other communities in this district are in the Kitzingen district .
