The Australian insurance company GIO General Ltd. is a subsidiary of Suncorp-Metway . The company also includes the Promina Group , which offers various types of insurance (AAMI, Apia, Just Car Insurance, Shannons, InsureMyRide, Vero, Asteron and Tyndal).
