The history of Dexus goes back to Deutsche Bank , which managed several real estate funds externally from 1984 to 2004.

  • 1984: Deutsche Industrial Trust (DIT) is listed on the ASX.

  • 1998: Deutsche Office Trust (DOT) is listed on the ASX.
  • 2001: The company acquires DWPF management rights.
