Théophile Pujès

Théophile Pujès (born November 4, 1863 in Saint-Gaudens , † November 22, 1941 in Marseille ) was a French politician. He was a member of the Senate from 1930 to 1939 .

Pujès studied at the École des ponts et chaussées in Paris and worked as an engineer. Therefore, he became chief architect of the Bouches-du-Rhône department . In the Senate elections in 1912 he was able to prevail in the third round against Frédéric Mascle , but the result was annulled. In 1930 he entered the Senate after beating Siméon Flaissières . He was not re-elected in the subsequent elections in late 1938. He withdrew from politics and died in 1941. Pujès was a holder of the Ordre du Mérite agricole .
