Troy Corser (* 27. November 1971 in Wollongong , New South Wales ) is an Australian motorcycle racer , who in 1996 as the first Australians, the Superbike World Championship in the Austrian private team promoter Ducati of Alfred Inzinger could win.

In 2009 and 2010 he competed in the official BMW works team with Rubén Xaus in the Superbike World Championship. In 2011 he again competed as a BMW works driver with his new team-mate Leon Haslam . At the end of the 2011 season, Corser announced his retirement after a total of 374 races in the Superbike World Championship.

Private

Troy Corser is married to Samantha, who accompanies him and their children to almost every one of his Superbike World Championship races. The family currently lives in the Principality of Monaco .
