UCI ProTour 2010
The UCI ProTour was from cycling's governing body UCI important in the years 2005-2010 organized series stage wins and one-day races of road cycling . The ProTour took place in 2010 for the sixth and last time.
As in the previous year, there was no ProTour ranking this season, but the results of the 16 races are combined with those of the three major tours Tour de France , Giro d'Italia and Vuelta a España as well as some smaller races such as Paris – Nice and Milan – Sanremo - the so-called "historical races" - combined into the UCI World Calendar 2010 with a joint ranking. At the end of the 2010 season, the ProTour was combined with the historic races to form the UCI WorldTour .
