The Virgin MVR-02 is the second Formula 1 - racing car of Virgin . The car designed by Nick Wirth took part in all 19 races of the 2011 Formula 1 season . Cosworth developed the V8 engine CA2011 . Like all other seasonal vehicles, it was fitted with Pirelli tires and the rims came from BBS . The vehicle was used without KERS .
