The coat of arms of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh shows a red, white-headed eagle with a gold crown hovering over it and golden fangs holding cotton on the right and vines with fruit on the left . A halo of a white sun shines over the eagle. In the eagle's breastplate is a blue / white panorama of a mountain range with a white sky over a white coat of arms that is stepped five times on both sides . It breaks the vertically arranged flag of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic . Above this are the two sculptural heads of the Tatik Papik monument in Stepanakert .
A golden banner surrounding the coat of arms has ears of corn at the base of the shield and the inscription in the upper part of the band: “Lernayin Karabach Arzach Hanrapetutiun” (“Arzach Republic of Nagorno Karabakh”).
