The Wahlwies residential tower , also known as Schmalhans , is an abandoned residential tower in Wahlwies , a current district of Stockach in the district of Konstanz in Baden-Württemberg .
Presumably the residential tower was built by the lords of Wahlwies mentioned in the 13th and 14th centuries. The Lords of Bodman have been named since the 15th century.
Only the street “Zum Schmalhans” bears witness to the former castle, which was first mentioned in 1572.
