Edouard Candeveau
Édouard Candeveau (born February 11, 1898 , † November 1989 ) was a Swiss rower and Olympic champion .
At the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp , he won the bronze medal in a pair with a helmsman with Alfred Felber . Four years later, at the Summer Olympics in Paris , he finally won the gold medal in the same discipline.
In 1928 at the Summer Olympics in Amsterdam he took part in the single competition and finished this in seventh place after being eliminated in the quarterfinals.
Candeveau was a member of the Société Nautique de Genève .
