The 1st Amateur League North Württemberg 1968/69 was the ninth season of the 1st Amateur League in North Württemberg. VfR Heilbronn won the championship three points ahead of SV Göppingen . In the promotion round to Regionalliga Süd , Heilbronn prevailed against FC Germania Forst , SV Waldkirch and VfB Friedrichshafen .

Normannia Gmünd and Salamander Kornwestheim were relegated directly to the 2nd amateur league. The last relegated team determined the tied teams of VfL Sindelfingen , TG Heilbronn and SpVgg Böblingen in a relegation round. After two defeats against Heilbronn and Sindelfingen, SpVgg Böblingen also had to relegate.
