The 1st Amateur League Black Forest-Bodensee 1973/74 was the 14th season of the joint division of the Württemberg Football Association and the South Baden Football Association . It was also the 24th season of the first amateur league Wuerttemberg and the first amateur league South Baden and the 14th season in which in Württemberg in the two seasons Nordwürttemberg and Black Forest-Lake Constance and in South Baden in the two seasons southern Baden and Black Forest-Lake Constance played has been. Defending champion FC 08 Villingen won the championship of the Black Forest Bodensee League . With the introduction of the two-part 2nd Bundesliga , there were no promoters from the 1st amateur league. For the following season, the South Baden teams changed: FC Villingen , DJK Konstanz , FC Gottmadingen and FC Singen 04 in the 1st Amateur League South Baden .

The bottom of the table SC Schwenningen escaped relegation due to a merger with VfR Schwenningen to BSV 07 Schwenningen .
