from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The A-Junioren-Bundesliga 2009/10 is the seventh season of the A-Junioren-Bundesliga, founded in 2003 . Like the years before, it was played in three seasons.

At the end of the season, the three season winners and the vice champion of the season south play for the German championship. The semi-finals will be played in a two-way leg, the final in one game. The last three teams of the three seasons are relegated.

For the first time, FC Hansa Rostock became German A-Juniors champions .

North / Northeast

As the season winners of the A-Youth Regional Leagues North and Northeast in the preseason, Holstein Kiel and Hallescher FC take part in the A-Junior Bundesliga as direct promoters. The runners-up of both seasons, VfB Oldenburg and Tennis Borussia Berlin, played the third climber in a relegation , with Tennis Borussia Berlin finally reaching the A-Junior Bundesliga. Thus, Berlin is represented by three clubs in the relay.
