ATL Autotecnica del Lario was an Italian manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Ercole Zuccoli founded the company in Mandello del Lario in 1969 and began producing automobiles. The brand name was ATL . Production ended in 1976.
vehicles
The various vehicles were based on chassis from the VW Beetle . The first Explorer I model was a four-seater buggy derived from the American Empi . From 1971, other buggies such as the Explorer II and the Mach I followed . There was also a replica of the Riley MPH from 1936 with a body made of fiberglass .
