Ford Italia SpA , previously Ford Italiana SA and Ford Motor Company Italia , is Ford's Italian subsidiary .
Company history
Ford founded in 1923 in Trieste , the company Ford Motor Company Italia for the assembly of automobiles . In 1933 the company moved to Bologna . After the Second World War , the company was renamed Ford Italiana SA . In 1959 she moved to Rome . 1964 appeared as the only independent model of the Ford Anglia Torino . Production ended in 1967. The company still exists today as Ford Italia SpA
vehicles
First the models Ford Model T and Ford Model TT as well as Fordson tractors were assembled . In 1964, the Ford Anglia Torino was presented based on the Ford Anglia 105E . Giovanni Michelotti had redesigned the body and replaced the rear window, which was inclined backwards. Production took place at OSI . Production of the model ended in 1967. A total of around 10,000 copies were sold in Italy.
