Company history
Mario Zodiaco founded the company in Pianoro in 1969 and began producing automobiles in 1971. In 1978 All Cars took over the company.

Buggies
Initially, the company manufactured buggies . For this purpose chassis from the VW Beetle were used. One model was the Damaca designed by Tom Tjaarda .
Microcar
From 1974 small cars were also produced . The Charly model was a tricycle with a plastic body . A two-stroke engine from Minarelli with a displacement of 49 cm³ provided the drive .
