The company from Bologna started producing automobiles in 1976. The brand name was Pasquini . Production ended in 1980.

The company manufactured mini cars with the model name Valentine . The closed body offered space for two people. The engine was mounted in a subframe at the front and drove the front wheels. There were three wheel versions for sale in Italy and four wheel versions for export . The standard model had a two-cylinder engine with 251 cm³ displacement and 12 hp . The displacement was reduced to 246 cm³ for export. There were also engines with 48 cm³ and 125 cm³ cubic capacity, some of which could be driven without a license .
