The Pagani SpA is an Italian small manufacturers of sports cars , based in San Cesario sul Panaro near Modena .

history

Pagani was founded in 1992 by the Argentine Horacio Pagani , who had previously worked at Lamborghini as a carbon processing specialist and also at Ferrari .

The manufacturer's first model is called the Pagani Zonda C12 , the successor model has been the Pagani Huayra since 2011 . Based on the Huayra, Pagani presented the Pagani Imola, limited to five copies, in early 2020 . The V12 engines come from Mercedes-AMG .

A purely electric model is planned for 2025.
