Zeno Galassi founded the company that bore his name in Macerata in 1947 to manufacture automobiles. Production ended in 1950.

The only model was a microcar . A two-cylinder two - stroke engine with a displacement of 250 cm³ and an output of 6.5 hp , which was mounted in the rear, provided the drive.
