The AGIPI Billard Masters 2009 was a three-cushion tournament series that was held between November 7, 2008 and March 15, 2009 in Schiltigheim , France . The game was played in three phases: 1st qualifying round; 2nd group stage; 3rd final.

The defending champion was the Swede Torbjörn Blomdahl who lost in the final against the Dutchman Dick Jaspers with 50:39 and thus helped him to his first title at this tournament. The Belgians Frédéric Caudron and Roland Forthomme became joint thirds . The only German participant, Martin Horn from Essen, was eliminated as third in the qualification, as did the Japanese three-cushion world champion from 2007 Ryūji Umeda .
