Abbateggio is an Italian municipality in the province of Pescara in Abruzzo with 365 inhabitants. She is a member of the association I borghi più belli d'Italia (The Most Beautiful Places in Italy).

The municipality is divided into the districts of Catalano, Cusano, Di Mezzo, Le Piane, San Martino and Scalelle. The neighboring municipalities are Caramanico Terme , Lettomanoppello , Roccamorice , San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore and Scafa . Parts of the municipality belong to the Majella National Park .
