history

The municipality has been autonomous since 1948, before the village was a fraction of the neighboring municipality of San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore .

Attractions

The church of Chiesa della Madonna del Carmelo is one of the sights of the village. The architecture of the church and the modern town hall are interesting. Another point of interest are the archaeological finds from Roman times. Remains of Roman roads were found.
