Adalbert Cramer (born February 5, 1951 in Kitzeck im Sausal ) is an Austrian politician ( FPÖ ) and project manager. Cramer has been a member of the Upper Austrian State Parliament since 2009 , was third from 2009 to 2015 and has been second President of the State Parliament since 2015.

Life

Cramer attended elementary school in Kitzeck from 1957 to 1962 and then from 1962 to 1966 the secondary school in Leibnitz. From 1966 to 1970, Cramer graduated from the Higher Federal College and Federal Office for Viticulture and Fruit Growing in Klosterneuburg and passed the Matura in 1970. From 1971 he studied at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna and was active in the Corps Hellas . In 1975 he had to interrupt his studies for family reasons and ran his parents' winery . In 1984 he was the local spokesman for the KSCV . In 1985 he resumed his studies. From 1990 he completed a doctoral thesis and obtained his doctorate in 1995 as a Dr.-Ing. After doing research as part of his dissertation between 1990 and 1993, he was department head of the Spitz company in Attnang-Puchheim in the quality assurance department from 1993 to 1998. Since 1998 he has been project manager at SCS-Technology Verfahrenstechnik GmbH in Linz.

Cramer has been a local councilor in Roitham am Traunfall since 1997 and was elected district party chairman of the FPÖ-Gmunden in 2002. From 2003 to 2009 he was a member of the community council. On October 23, 2009, he was sworn in as a member of the state parliament and elected third state parliament president. After the state elections in Upper Austria in 2015 , he was elected second state president on October 23, 2015.

Cramer has been married since 1990 and has two sons. He lives in Roitham.
