The nature reserve Alfbachtal with Tunenbach and Hollbach between Großlangenfeld and Pronsfeld is in the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The approximately 164 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 1997 , extends along the Alfbach between the northwestern local community Großlangenfeld and the southeastern local community Pronsfeld . In the northern area the A 60 crosses the area, to the west the state road L 16 runs.

The protection purpose is the preservation, restoration and development of the largely untouched floodplain landscape of the Alfbach valley with the neighboring Tunenbach and Hollbach, typical of the Schneifel foreland.
