Anna Partué was a pop radio band founded by Eric Lubadel and Anna Carolina Stuckart in 2010.

Name meaning

The name Anna Partué is an amalgamation of the neologism Partué and the singer's first name. Partué is derived from the French partout ' to be everywhere' . The founding goal of the band was mainly to tour a lot.

history

Anna Carolina Stuckart, born in 1990, is the daughter of big band leader Lothar Stuckart and godchild of singer Joy Fleming .

At the end of 2010 Anna Carolina Stuckart founded the band project Anna Partué & the Soul Age Band together with guitarist Eric Lubadel and jazz musician Steven Tailor . The vision was to create a mixture of brass music , funk , lyrical lyrics and pop music . In the first few years the band performed with up to eight musicians.

First appearances at the European street festival Fête de la Musique followed. They won the regional finals of the Emergenza Ost and the top festival contest in Plauen .

In early 2012 they prevailed against 400 bands at the Köstritzer Echolot and competed against nine other bands in the home final, which was recorded in the form of an online live broadcast on tape.tv. This was followed by support concerts for Jamaram in Erfurt and in Plant 2 in Leipzig . In summer 2012 the band performed at the Krämerbrückenfest in Erfurt.

The band gained their first concert experience abroad in late 2012 in Prague , which was combined with an interview on Balcony TV .

On January 4, 2013, the band was the opening act for " Bundesvision Song Contest " participant Cris Cosmo . In February the group made it to the semi-finals of the Hamburg Oxmox Band Contest.

On June 14, 2013, the first album Funkfluenza was released , which quickly reached number 25 on the Amazon Mp3 Charts. The album also features the blues guitarist Jürgen Kerth . As a result of the album release, there was a radio broadcast at the Open Flair Festival in which the new single was presented. The music video for the single Funkfluenza was produced in-house.

After other larger city festivals were played in the summer of 2014, the band went on the biggest tour to date, which was organized across Europe with a show concept.

On the “Groove of the Wilderness” tour, the jungle was brought onto the stage and connected to the music. A free-range iguana was a topic of discussion. The tour, presented by companies such as Sandberg , Vox and the platform Backstage pro , took the band through 14 cities, including Brussels and Vienna .

Anna Carolina Stuckart had already moved to Berlin before the tour began, in order to develop further in the acting field. As a result, fewer concerts were given in 2015 and the band project only worked irregularly. Since the beginning of 2016, however, work began on a new album.

An appearance at the Unifestival of the University of Greifswald in front of 2,000 spectators strengthened the work on new material. The band presented the first song of the new album Weißer Strand von Berlin on October 7, 2016 live on MDR television in the program MDR at 4 .

Until 2016 they played for and with artists like LaBrassBanda , Clueso , Jamaram , And One , Flimmerfrühstück , Cris Cosmo and Joon Wolfsberg .

The Thomann invited the band and the African singer Yvonne Mwale one, on 2017 at the 11th Blues & Jazz Festival Bamberg occur.

At their last official concert in October 2017 in the Erfurt museum cellar, the band announced a “break for an indefinite period”.
